If you are over 21 years of age and are not a journalist:
- As a General Delegate you are responsible for your transportation to and from the CMEx conference and any airport transfer fees.
- Registration includes all conference-related meals and weekend activities as well as scheduled ground transportation between events.
- Full CMEx Package Registration Fee: US$300
Friday: US$100
Saturday: US$50
Sunday: US$150
- You agree to make a CMEx Contribution based on the above rate schedule to help offset various conference expenses.

If you are a journalist:
- Applicants must submit a 200 word statement describing what he/she expects to contribute to, and gain from CMEx.
- Applicants must send two written examples of work relating to tourism, sustainable tourism or sustainable development issues published or aired on or after December 3, 2009. (Broadcast media need only submit one copy of their work – MP3s and transcripts are welcome. All accompanying stories will automatically be entered for CMEx’s Journalism Awards)
- Successful scholarship applicants agree to make a US$250 CMEx Contribution to help offset various conference expenses. (Residents of host country and fellowship recipients are exempted from contributions).
- Applications and accompanying stories are acceptable in English, Spanish, French and Dutch.
- NOTE: Scholarships cover airfare, accommodation and registration, while Fellowships cover accommodation and registration.
If you are a youth between the ages of 15 and 21:
- Youth applicants must be between ages 15 and 21 and submit a 200 word statement describing what he/she expects to contribute to and gain from CMEx.
- Successful scholarship applicants agree to make a US$250 CMEx Contribution to help offset various conference expenses. (Residents of host country and fellowship recipients are exempted from contributions).
- Applications and accompanying stories are acceptable in English, Spanish, French and Dutch.
